Addison's or Cushing's?

I'm tested for Addison's disease. Hope I don't have it. But my tiredness is crushing, Abd finally I'm not being treated as being depressed. I'm already on antidepressants and feel better, but I've been tired for the longest time. My question is has anyone else got these conditions? I'd be very interested to know. Thank you!

I have been extremely tired for 6 years now.

I gave birth to my only daughter (c-section) 8 years ago.

2 years later i was feeling extremely tired. I was diagnosed by my GP with babyblues and given Proz*c. It did boost my metabolism for 6 years. Then appeared what the GP thought: IBS symptoms with crisis that were leaving me exhausted. In fact, it was endometriosis all along. The Proz*c just covered up the symptoms. Since last may my blood pressure is between 8.7 and 9.7. Still on Proz*c but it does not boost my metabolism anymore. The professor i have seen for endo has told me that as long as i do not treat endo, I will be in that state.

Hi, just wondered whether you have been screened for adenomyosis. If not, please ask your gynae to do an MRI to check, and have anemia tests too, since your symptoms may not be either of the two conditions that they are checking for and often get mixed up with adenomyosis. adenomyosisadviceassociatio... Hi MrsGizzard what happened with your Addison’s test? I have just been diagnosed with both Addison’s and Endometriosis and am struggling to get my head around both! Particularly as there as so little info available regarding Addison’s! Wondered if you had any advice?
