Bleeding during bowel movements?

I often get constipated and strain opening my bowels, this often causes a PV bleed. Does anyone else suffer from this? I have endometriosis and adhesions on my bowel.

Do u take anti inflammatory medicines by any chance?

I had this for a few years until I noticed it only happened when I took NSAIDs, I was sent to gastro, colonoscopy, nothing.

The docs don't give me nsaidsagain which meant horrible pain, but actually less tummy ache! Nowim using a fantastic natural anti inflammatory, it's definitely been a God send for me.

I will look at the older post just to see others reasoning for pv bleeding.

Hi Hopefully, I'm on diclofenac and have been for several years for my endo. I've recently started my 3 mth course of GnRH injections too. Am hoping my symptomsbecome more bearable x
