Anyone used pregnancy miracle?

The is a book I have come across called pregnancy miracles which claims to be able to guarantee pregnancy in two months!!

I wonder if anyone has read this or knows of someone who personally has used this book or any other specifc holistic method successfully?

Please tell of the sucess stories preferably the non surgery stories...
