I was diagnosed via MRI in January for adenoymiosis and I had an ultrasound this week as I have been having some left side pain.
Can anyone help with some of the terms in the report? I am waiting to speak to my GP but could be a few weeks and I tried looking online at some of the terms but found it confusion.
Thanks in advance

Hi, I think it's saying that adeno is present but they're not seeing anything else / anything new.
The uterus lining looks to be a normal size.
The top of the uterus is described as axial which i think is saying the top of the uterus is sitting more upright (but i think that can be a 'normal' variation) but most typically the uterus is in an anteverted position (tipping forwards a bit).
Ovaries look normal.
Very small amount of free fluid seen in the pouch of Douglas.
