Does anyone get a significant flare up post bowel movement? Only started since I've had laparoscopy last month but sometimes I can have cramping all day which is exhausting.

I always get this , before I use the toilet I have extreme cramping and after I’m normally so sore. It’s really frustrating.
Did your laproscopy reveal and bowel adhesions or anything? Did they remove it?
If not and these flares are only since the surgery perhaps it’s a bit of swelling pushing on something? However I am in not way diagnosing anything 😂
