I had my first Gynae appointment a couple of weeks ago, where I had a surprise Hysteroscopy!
I've just had the results letter, which is more in depth than the post procedure chat with the consultant.
An ultrasound a year ago showed a 7mm endometrium and solitary ovary adherent to the uterus in the Pouch of Douglas.
The Hysteroscopy showed one ostia, one fallopian tube, which means I have a Unicornuate Uterus.
Does the above mean that whatever organs I have are in the wrong place and have endometriosis on them?
The consultant has discharged me back to my GP, and I have a phone follow up on Monday, but I don't know what to ask as next steps? At the moment I just want it all out!
