So I have not been diagnosed with endo but am convinced I have it. I have been referred for a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy which I should apparently be having in around 3 months time thanks to the huge waiting list. I have this evening for the first time noticed blood in my urine and a shooting pain throughout my right arm that has been coming and going since yesterday. Are these symptoms of endo? I also have a shooting pain throughout my right leg but this has happened often for a while, it’s been that long now I’m unsure how long I’ve actually had it for.

Hi. It can be different for everyone depending on where the endo is. I'd get shooting pains through my stomach and also in my left ovary. I'd have a very dull ache in the top of my right leg also. I've had all these emotions too. Not convinced I have it etc etc. That's not to say you will but all I'm saying is don't talk yourself out of the procedure (I get how big it seems right now). Even knowing it's not is extremely helpful as you will always wonder otherwise

I personally haven't had those as symptoms of endo per se... usually the shooting pain in my leg is because my ovary is covered in cysts and they're acting up, so I can identify where the pain is coming from. Blood in your urine could be a sign of something more serious, so regardless of whether those three symptoms are from endo, I would talk to your GP urgently to have some tests done and make sure they aren't caused by something else!
