Endometrioma causing problems. Anyone else had Zoladex injections? Or got pregnant with very low AMH?

1. I am Due to start Zoladex soon. Has anyone ever had this?

Current plan: Awaiting aspiration of endometrioma (chocolate cyst) under ultrasound. Commencing monthly Zoladex injections to induce a temporary menopause and help prevent regrowth of the endometrioma.

2. My biggest worry is my ovarian reserve being very low (AMH level in blood is 0.2). Anyone got pregnant from this? Consultant didn’t shed much light and said my ovaries are working like a 50yr old, he’s referred me to the fertility specialist to consider egg freezing. Would IVF help?

Do you will have sclerotherapy or aspiration only?
