Natural ways to increase libido

Hello,

I think we're all familiar with how endometriosis and all the contraceptives we have to deal with affect our sex drive. As much as I want to have a normal sex drive or indeed, a sex life, it seems impossible. Some days I feel like I could go the rest of my life without sex which is really depressing as I'm only in my 20s and have felt like this for years while it seems like everyone else is out enjoying themselves.

I've tried so-called female viagras which did nothing (absolute waste of money). How unfair that men have a million choices of libido increasers and we have nothing that actually works marketed at women :-(

Has anyone found some kind of herbal remedy or practice that helped them increase their libido?

One tip I've worked out for myself - read erotic stories, comics or movies. It kind of kickstarts my libido for a bit! Also, some types of exercise help (e.g lower body focused exercise). Also helps to remember that sex isn't just penetration, you could try finding some toys that pique your interest and see what happens :)

Is it the endometriosis or just lack of sex drive ?I could give you some tips .but wouldn’t want to phase you out can you pleasure yourself or no interest ?the key is to get you interested again wether by exploring on your own or with a partner or both have you tried this method usually your drive can come back gradually when you have a consistent routine also try lube to tackle dryness I had a moment when I went through misscarrige and it also went dry down there I can put this down to hormones don’t give up you can also speak to a sex therapist also look at your stress levels anything bothering you at the minute ways to relax more and enjoy life

Hello, it's a mix of things really. Since it hurts, I just stopped trying to have sex and my interest has turned into fear, i guess? I don't even wanna try anything by myself. There's stress, there's the endometriosis and also some past traumas so I have decided to look for a therapist :) if anything I'll be mentally better at least.

it would be good for you to have a proper sex life a sex therapist will help you with doing exactly that .have you heard of a oh nut a lot of people with endo use that to ease pain but I decided to do it the manual way.you don’t want to be avoiding sex altogether that will cause more problems I can tell it’s turned to fear I had this and the only way things changed for me is by facing it I have nodules in my vagina from endo which were painful I found sex actually massages them in the long run and made it more comfortable I now no longer have painful sex and well I’m expecting a baby now so things worked out in the end good luck x❤️
