Laparoscopy surgery is next week. Worried for recovery

Hi, I have my surgery on Monday and to be honest I am worried about several things. The first thing is the recovery period. I am a single parent and I study a degree and work so being off long for recovery is a worry. Looking to see how long others took to recover? Any advice for the recovery period?

Also I was asked by my consultant if I wanted the chance of more children in the future, now I have read some posts on here about injections. Would him asking me that be determined whether he could give me endo injections? Some have said this have stopped their periods ( shut down of ovaries basically). Others have said once they had them they have never had a period since even with coming off the injections. So basically I don’t want complications around having children in the future, any advice is grateful.

Finally concern, I am aging my surgery at a hospital which has had a death of corna virus and now has three patients with it, and I have read mixed things about being more prone to the virus. Any advice around this
