Merry Christmas!!!

I wanted to take a moment to spread some hope and awareness. Last December, I underwent laparoscopic excision and it took care of most of my pain, immediately! I had/have some symptoms which I’m addressing holistically with diet, massage, movements, hypopressive breathing, etc.

I’m glad things are looking up for you. Here In the U.K. I’ve found the Nook list not all that comprehensive or relevant, but we have an amazing equivalent on Facebook called Endorevisited that has been SO helpful for us this side of the pond.

May I ask, what is hypopressive breathing? I’ve tried Accupuncture and some massage (when I could bear to have my belly touched) but it didn’t do loads for me.
