I’m due to have a flexible cystoscopy tomorrow to look at the endometriosis on my bladder, has anyone else had this? Was it ok? And relatively pain free? Thanks xxx

I had a rigid scope and only minor discomfort. Really, really little pain, it was more painful to pee for an hour after the procedure.
I had a flexible cystoscopy a few months ago, wasn’t as bad as I was expecting! It hurt a bit going in and then felt nothing during the procedure. I agree with Tarragon, worst part was peeing later that day, it’s like the burning pain you get with a UTI but it had mostly gone by the next day. Hope all goes well for you! x
