Tiredness after laparotomy

Hi everyone,

I had a laparotomy (I had an ovary, Fallopian tube, appendix and ovarian cyst taken out) coming up two months ago. As expected I was very tired after the operation but I am still completely exhausted and I don’t think my energy levels have improved at all. I was wandering if anyone could help/has been in a similar situation? Also I’m currently on iron so it’s not anemia in case that’s crossed your mind.
