Hangover feeling with enfo

Does anyone wake up in the morning and feel like you have a hangover? Then during the day you feel like jelly and get shaky low blood sugar feeling?

I have stage 4

Yes, I do, especially, when I did 'too much' the day before. If I did far too much I wake up with flue-like symptoms and I need one to two days to recover. Since February I struggle with exhaustion and I have stage 3.

It’s horrible isn’t it? I just want to sleep and sleep and sleep it’s hard.

Yes
