This is a weird one. I have recently started to get pins and needles on the edges of my back. This started maybe a couple of weeks ago and also coincides with pains getting worse on my hips.
I have not yet had a confirmed diagnosis, so only a working on (lap on 14 Nov). I have been going through cycles of thinking it’s all in my head again and maybe I am just mad. Now this new development is really cementing that thought
Has anyone ever had anything like this before? Describing it as pins and needles is a bit misleading, but It’s the best I can think of to describe it.
It’s not a tingling - it’s sharp pin prick and in clusters (so not unlike pins n needles). Has been happening on one side at times and then both sides simultaneously. I suppose it differs in that the pain feels very different from that of pins and needles.

I have this too! My pins and needles is not in my back but rather down my left leg and like a sharp pricking in my feet. However this is apparently 'normal' for us endo warriors 🙄.... Deffo mention it to your gp in case it is a sign of something more serious.
It’s just bloody bizarre. I get pains down my legs n that too and when I and due on and on my period, my hip bones are really painful/stiff with pains in the legs as well.
Fucking debilitating the lot of it (apologies for the language)
I’ve started getting pins and needles in my hands and feet all the time! 😖
I’d like for all of you to check your B6 vitamin intake, as in high amounts it can be neurotoxic. I’ve had b6 toxicity and it was very scary.

Oh god. Any form of neuropathy issue is terrifying. Thank you for flagging. Pretty sure my GP is going to think I’m a hypochondriac!

I don’t want to scare you - I’m sure it’ll pass! For me it didn’t but it was not related to endo and just vitamin.

No I appreciate it. (Although at first I was like 🙄 - own dismissive defences kicked in strong). But then I quickly looked it up. Some of the causes - you may not be wrong!
