endometrial ablation and tubes removed and Endometrios
I went to A&E 9 days ago experiencing a different bleed (clots) and intense period pains I was given antibiotics.... the bleeding subsided and changed to what I was/am still having...
Yesterday I had intense period pains predominantly on left side which was one of my original symptoms...(feeling a little disheartened it's still there) as well as irregular heavy periods...
Today it's better......🤔
Also can anyone give advise on returning to Crossfit??

Maybe give yourself a little more time for your body to recover before starting intense exercise. I've heard it can take 3 months to fully settle. Try to not be disheartened, I know a lap may not seem very invasive but it still really takes a toll.
Maybe try doing less intense exercise first and work up to it. Dont push yourself too hard though.
Try walking and gradually build up your distance as you feel more comfortable, 6 weeks then try the gym but listen to your body don't overdo it. Good luck x
I was told to not do any exercise apart from gentle walking for 6 weeks. I’m 9 weeks post op and I did wait till 7/8 weeks to go back to the gym and classes.
