Sorry to hear you have endo in difficult places too. First of all, are you under a specialist BSGE centre for endo? That would be the best place to start. If not possible there you could get referred to somewhere where it is possible. Or like me, it could be inaccessible surgically and you could need long term GnRH analogue injections long term. Just wondering if you could tell me what your symptoms are with having endometriosis on diaphragm and liver? I'm sure that's where I have it at the moment and hoping a MRI scan will show something up

I don't have them. I'm researching for a friend. She said she has shoulder pain during her period

Endo in diaphragm and other organs is certainly possible and has happened to others before. Google Dr Tamer Seckin, New York, is one if the best endo surgeons in the world! He'd bring bowel, lung and other specialists into theater if needed, to help.
