Mirena Coil Help

So I had my Mirena Coil replaced 4/2/19 and I am now suffering from my 4th Urine Infection since having my Mirena Coil replaced.

Has anyone else suffered from this problem? When I had my first Mirena Coil inserted 5 years ago I didn't seem to get these problems, however since last April I have been suffering on and off with UTIs and Kidney Infections but the last 12 weeks has been one UTI after the other. I have had a bladder and kidney scan done in March which came back clear and that my Mirena Coil was correctly in situ, but I seriously don't know what to do with these ongoing infections. My GP has mentioned to have my Mirena Coil removed and tested for infection but then I don't really want another one to be inserted, 1. because it is so painful and 2. in case I still get frequent infections. My other worry is if I have my Mirena Coil removed and then try to go back on another form of hormonal treatment which may not work and then my Endometriosis may flare up again so I am back to square one.

Please help if anyone else has experienced something similar!
