Any luck conceiving naturally (no treatments) with ONE ovary?

Hello I had a teratoma cyst about 8 cm and had my right ovary removed. I only had 1 baby, they actually found it when zi had my c-section. I was wondering if any of you have had babies after having one ovary on your own with out any help! As I want to have more kids in the future. If I can get any advice on how you conceived or what helped? If so be it I will get help! Thank you!

Hey - my friend has jus had a her second baby with one ovary, all naturally and she didn’t do anything different x

A friend of mine has had 3 kids with one ovary and no trouble conceiving at all xx

Ones a year older than my son, ones a year younger and the third is like two-three years younger than the middle child.

My baby is only 6 months old but planing to try when she is 1 year and a half!

Yea, I mean it’s pot luck really. I have two ovaries not much wrong with me and can’t conceive baby no2.

My friend with one ovary seems to have no trouble at all, mind boggling.
