pregablin

has anyone been put on pregablin? I was given it a few weeks back and I'm reluctant to try it as iv heard terrible things about it, at the mo I'm taking cocodomol and oxycodone daily for pain but silly old me didn't renew prescription in time and I'm in alot of pain and the cocodomol isn't working and I'm willing to try the pregablin for some relief but I'm pretty scared what effect it will have on me

I take pregablin for anxiety but I believe it helps my endo pain too... PM me?

I took it for a few days but it made me feel very light headed so I stopped. It's for neuropathic pain so not sure it would even work for endo pain.

well the endo specialist said he thinks I'm left with nerve damage but I'm not convinced 1 bit as I was put on tablets that were for nerve pain b4 these 1s and they did nothing for m, I had a hysterectomy last March leaving behind the ovaries and I felt great for 1st 2 weeks then straight bk to how I was b4 now I'm worse than b4 I'm struggling really bad with pain I don't see him again until May x

Iv just started on pregabalin and oxycodone, only difference im noticing is the pains in my leg and back are not as bad. Pain in my lower groin over ovarie is still shocking 😔 im having a hysterectomy on the 4th april, all im reading is horror stories so bricking it if im honest!!

I read awful things about the pregablin, people having severe depression and suicidal thoughts and terrible withdrawal symptoms aswell, I get by on the oxycodone it does wonders for the pain but it wears of alot quicker than I wld of expected it to and I don't want to be dependent on morphine forever, the hysterectomy was my last hope, I really did think I wld be lucky and be cured but I'm worse off and it's draining me, hope u have more luck than I did xx
