Hi! I just wanted to share some positivity and hope for anyone struggling.

I’ve always had bad periods but just thought it was normal until I was diagnosed with Endo a year ago (accidentally) when I had surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube. I have since been told I have an endometrioma on my right ovary which may have contributed to the ectopic. After surgery my periods got so much worse. I went back on pain meds which I’d taken as a teenager as I was trying for a baby so didn’t want to go back on the pill and couldn’t cope with the pain. I then experienced a miscarriage in May and started to give up hope and convince myself that I was never going to get pregnant. I managed to get an appointment with the consultant in August to discuss options and found out the same day that I was pregnant! I spent the first 12 weeks terrified that something bad would happen but I’m now 17 weeks, had 3 scans so far and everything has been fine! I’m still nervous about what might happen and I have a bicornate uterus so am worried about complications later but I know I just have to stay positive 😊

Just to hopefully give you some peace of mind. I also had a miscarriage, then was diagnosed with an endometrioma in my right ovary and then found out I was pregnant 5 days later. I also have a bicornate uterus. The pregnancy was filled with worry for me but resulted in my now two year old daughter who is healthy and happy (when she's not throwing a tantrum of course!). I've got everything crossed you get your happy ending too 😊

So glad I read this today I’ve just been told my baby has passed a way at 12.5 weeks I’m terrified what might happen in the future I’ve opted for a natural miscarriage and am now waiting for nature to take its course but having endo makes me worry of future miscarriage and I’m now 34 years old just turned I’m so glad you got a happy ending

Oh dear was she a small baby?and did you do anything differently in your pregnancy after your miscarriage I’m really worried about the cysts but all I’ve ever been told is not to worry cause they are too small for concern I have one small on each ovary

She was 3lb 4oz and now at 7 months only 12lb but she’s doing amazingly and doesn’t have any problems. I just worried for my whole pregnancy and just kept taking folic acid between miscarrying and getting pregnant again, then pregnancy vitamins but I don’t think there’s anything you can really do. I hope it all works out for you x

Did you have routine scans I was worried it was my first scan at 12 weeks to find out the baby had passed.im hoping to be more healthy and get right back to the endo diet again I found myself eating stuff I dint use to in my pregnancy simply cause I was always so poorly still healthy but not really endo friendly since I’d not been on the diet long I hoped it didn’t impact on my baby going back to normal foods as I just needed something and found the endo diet hard to go by when I was so sick I’m so happy you had a happy ending thankyou for responding

I had a scan at 6 weeks because of previous ectopic. I just ate chocolate mainly in the first 13-14 weeks because everything made me sick so I wouldn’t worry too much about food. Obviously being healthy helps to conceive but I think sometimes miscarriages just happen for no real reason. It’s horrible when you want an answer and a reason but I found that sometimes there isn’t and as hard as it is, accepting and moving forward is all we can do. It’s early days for you and it must be extremely hard right now but you will get through this and hopefully have your happy ending 💕
