I'm new here.. Endometriosis

Im 21, and have been diagnosed polycystic ovaries, but iv'e also been told that they think I have endometriosis and i'm having lapo surgery in November to confirm if I have it or not... I have been in two long term relationships and haven't used protection( was not tying to get pregnant, but if it happend it happened) but Iv'e never caught and the older im getting the more i'm starting to feel uneasy and worried that i'll never have a child of my own, all my friends have settled down and are becoming mothers and i'm really struggling with my emotions, my partner at this time is having a baby with another women, and although I am going to adore the little baby, and treat it like my own, Im really struggling with the fact I may never experience carrying a child of my own, It makes me feel like im not a normal women(only my own personal feelings) I am so scared to be told that I am completely infertile.. I don't know how I will react even though I already think thats what Im going to be told. Any advice from someone who's been through this would mean the absolute world to me!!! Thank you <3
