feeling soooooo tired

Anyone else feel really tired / exhausted kind of like jet lag but without the travel?

All I did last night was chill, slept okay I think. It's only meant to be the middle of my cycle, but omg this is horrible

Yes!! I also have mild anaemia . The last few months I have been so physically exhausted I can’t do anything but relax after work . Which is highly difficult when you have books to mark . During the summer holidays literally couldn’t do anything other then rest I felt so lazy .

I get this all the time. Some days I can't get out of bed. It can be horrible. And my cycle is so irregular I never know when it's coming. Hope you feel better. Get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids. X

im feeling a bit better now, I find it can be random anyway!
