I've recently been diagnosed with endo and am due to have a lap in 4 weeks. I'm really struggling atm with dizziness and a heavy feeling in the left side of my head and down my neck. It keeps on coming on as my period ends and lasts about a week or two every single day!! Sometimes it's really bad and I can feel the tightness in my left cheek, jaw and nose. Sometimes I feel like I can't walk in a straight line! It's so upsetting because once the pain is finally over from my period I have to deal with this. My doctor recons it might be migraines triggered by my period although I don't really get head pain and put me on migraine medication that's doing nothing. I've also had a full blood count to check if I'm anaemic and it all came back fine. I'm really hoping the lap somehow also helps my dizziness because I'm suspecting it might be linked to my endo.
Can anyone relate? I've not seen much online about neurological symptoms from endo and I'm struggling

Hi, I too started getting really bad headaches and dizzy. They did hormone tests at the hospital to see if there was an imbalance but the tests came back fine. They then advised that it could be from taking to many paracetamol for the pain I’m in. I’m due to see my consultant in November so will see what he has to say. Try asking for hormone tests and not the standard blood tests at the doctors surgery. I thought it was linked to my periods as it happened at a certain time too x
