My partner felt a bit lost with it all too when I was first diagnosed with Endometriosis early last year.
The fact that you’re even asking shows how much you care and I’m sure she’ll recognise that so don’t worry.
My advice would be - get her hot water bottles or rub her back when she needs it (it really helps!), permanently carry painkillers in your bag too because there will be a time when she’ll need your back-up supply, if she has any gynae appointments or hospital appointments then go with her because the information can be overwhelming and I always seemed to forget things that my fiancé picked up, and mostly importantly, just listen 🙂 Endometriosis can cause extreme pain and it’s physically exhausting so she’ll be tired and she’ll get agitated and if she’s on a hormone treatment then that will fuel any mood swings too. Remember she’s going through a lot everyday and be patient, especially if she’s “not in the mood” because sex can be very painful too.
