Endometrium Cyst

Hi about 3 weeks ago I started getting a throbbing and intermittent stabbing in my groin. The doctor said it was probably my period pain starting early. My period was a week late and the pain was getting worse so I was sent for an internal scan. They found an endometrium cyst near my ovary and that it was rupturing as I was losing brown blood, they sent me home and the following day I got my period. I am on pain medication but the pain has returned as it was before (before the supposed rupturing) So I’m assuming the pain I was in was just my period. No one seems to be helping and all I hear is it just takes time. Any ideas and thoughts because I’m wiped from taking all these tablets.

Hi. How are you feeling today? I've had a ruptured cyst and getting help was a nightmare they kept trying to fob me off. Do you know the size of the cyst? What pain relief have they recommended? In my experience you really have to stand your ground to get help. Have you got a diagnosis of endometriosis? Xx
