Difficulty breathing...

I have woke up just now unable to catch my breath. A burning sensation in my throat and coughing a little.

I have pains in chest and right shoulder throughout the month but worse this week (time of month) having spoken to doctor I have been referred to chest clinic to get further test in case endo has spread into chest cavity/ diaphragm. Has anyone else had Their symptoms progress in this way? Was diagnosed with stage 4 last Christmas and waiting op for removal of endo in the next few months.
