Every day by around midday I’m totally exhausted, I’ve been taking naps when my two year old does and now feel the need for it every day. I’m literally rushing around in the morning to get everything done that I need to do so I can have a kip.
If I don’t, by the time I pick my older kids up from school I’m ruined and get a bit down or irritable.. I’m so tired all the time.
I know fatigue is a symptom of endo but seriously I’m flaking out..
Any advice other than caffeine (trying to avoid) on how to increase my energy levels.
Waiting for mri results before first lap date is set, so I’m currently undiagnosed

I’d like to know too Hun! I have three littlies and I could cry sometimes as I feel like I’m not the mummy I want to be or envisaged (full of energy and enthusiasm etc etc).
I drive them to their activities etc, but I’m literally done in all the time!
I had a huge row with my chap today as I’m hormonal, irritable, anxious and just want to sleep!! Arrrgghhh!!!
I get this too particularly after a period. Maybe have your iron levels tested? If I feel like this I take a lovely natural iron and vitamin supplement called floravital you can get it from tesco, boots and most health shops. I've heard magnesium can help with fatigue too you can get that in sprays and supplements. Hope that helps x
