Fed up of being too ill to socialise. I’m an extrovert with an illness lol, it’s like a cruel cosmic joke!

I won’t even bother explaining what triggered tonight’s feelings as I’m sure you can all relate.

How do you cope?

Hi Ash I feel that I am coping better since I have joined this site and been able to talk to the ladies on here as everyone gets how you are feeling. Prior to this I didn’t know anyone with the same conditions. I find in my circle of friends that nobody speaks about gynaecology issues, it’s about time women did and started to support each other.

Some days I feel like crap and not quite with it, others I feel great. It’s learning to recognise that and when I feel low I try and go and do something I enjoy/have a good cry or be with the people I love.

I hope you are feeling a bit better today x

Same boat, annoying the life out of me. I agree with allthatglitters though, I try speak online and try keep in contact with my friends/have them come visit me whilst i'm stuck in bed moping.

Also make sure i'm not sat there on social media watching everybody else have fun because FOMO is strong.
