Every time I ring the helpline within the opening hours it tells me they are closed, does anyone know why this is?

Hi Ellie9621

I'm sorry that you are having problems speaking to someone on the Helpline. Our Helpline opening hours are posted each week on our website endometriosis-uk.org/helpline. The Helpline is entirely staffed by volunteers, so we do only have limited opening times, please do keep trying as it can often be busy. It may be worth trying to phone on one of the afternoon sessions, when it is sometimes a little easier to get through.

I hope you get the chance to speak to someone soon

Best wishes

Lynne - Endometriosis UK
