DIM supplement

Hi,

Just wanted to share my experience and see if other have had the same. I suffered extreme bloating for years - or endo belly as people say. I tried everything but nothing has worked. I had no idea that having a bloated stomach was related to endo until I was diagnosed with it. I have since done some research and found DIM (dindolymethan) I have been taking it for a few weeks and noticed a huge difference. Has anyone else tried this and found it has worked? Also does anyone know if it’s safe to take long term?

Many thanks x

I take DIM. As far as I know absolutely no risk taking it long term x

I tried DIM and it did nothing for me. Maybe I should have taken it longer, idk.

I am taking Pycnogenol - it’s supposed to reduce inflammation - and I think it helps, I am feeling less bloated and I get almost no pain during periods. I can mostly manage without painkillers.

Our bodies react differently so I guess it’s a trial and error, until finding something that works.
