Treatment whilst pregnant?

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant maybe a couple of weeks. Am in severe pain all the time and I get really bad pains in my boobs which is even worse now as there sore too! I’m still in the middle of my diagnosis and haven’t had my lap yet so I’m not on any treatment. It’s jusy from scans and the endless list of symptoms that they suspect endo! Is there treatment you can take whilst pregnant? As my last pregnancy was horrendous and resulted in stillborn at 22 weeks! I’m trying not to terrify myself with it all!! Any info would be much appreciated xx

Scan doesn’t indicate endometriosis
