Ovulation pain & surgery abroad

Hi everyone

Been caught off guard with a lot of pain and bloating looking 6 months pregnant - am day 12 of cycle so guessing it’s ovulation and perhaps ovulation at the ovary where endometrioma is on! Grrrr had been feeling so much better last week. I am also feeling so emotional and can’t stop crying. Is that the oestrogen?

Has anyone gone abroad for surgery? (And claimed back on nhs)

Hi no I have never been abroad for surgery & I personally wouldn’t consider it, we have a wonderful NHS & private clinics in our own country. I’d be far too scared to have anything done elsewhere. Don’t think you could claim the money back on the NHS? Can you go to your GP and see if they can do anything in regards to getting you seen sooner? Just a thought as if you don’t ask you don’t get. I agree with allthatglitters, the nhs is one of the best in the world. Even though the waiting can be awhile, we know we are in good care and experienced surgeons etc

Just keep annoying your GP or complain to PALS, that’s what I did and got a lap sooner xx
