Twitchy spine feeling and dizziness

Hi all,

Just some symptoms to add to the pile. Wondering if you think they might be related.

So, my suspected diaphragmatic endo symptoms are:

- right shoulder pain during period

- right rib/lung pain (trapped wind type feeling)

during period

- anxiety

- difficulty having sex

- medium painful periods

- relief of shoulder pain when heat is applied to

diaphragm area

Other symptoms (that I’d like to find out if they are related to the above ones) are:

- dizziness

- feeling of sensitive tingly spine (if that makes

sense?)

- feeling as if my arms are lighter than usual (weird I

know)

- sensation of being overly aware of vertebrae in my

neck and vertebrae at waist level. (Now that’s a

really odd one.)

Can anyone shed any light?

I get light headed/dizzy in the run up to my period and during my period but not every month 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also suffer a lot of back problems with my endometriosis, anything from electric shock feelings to dull aches.

I’ve given up on finding answers anymore and have just accepted there’s no rule book with this disease and just when you think you’ve figured it out a new symptoms pops up

I have the same everytime I’m coming in my period I start feeling dizzy 🥴 also back pain and left neck and shoulder pain gets really bad. Iv been to physio and chiro but it’s not improved so I’m putting it down to it must be Endo related and like you I have give up as I’m fed up of going to doctors and nothing being done xx
