Back passage bleeding

Apologies for the ick factor, I know this is a common endo symptom so I’m not overly concerned, but today seems different. It hasn’t stopped (9 hours) and it’s literally like a light-medium period. I have had to wear a pad and I am shocked to see it hasn’t stopped yet.

Anyone else experience this?
