I’ve had a pretty bad time with bowel endo (waited a year, feeling sicker and sicker, for a colorectal surgeon only to have more issues following surgery) fibre is difficult to digest so it doesn’t surprise me. But I don’t often see it as an “endo” thing? I feel genuinely upset when I see healthy diets recommended as I would love to eat more fruit and veg!

Can you explain more about what the problem is. Fibre isn't really digested as it's purpose is to go all the way through and help cleanse the bowels. But the body does break it down into smaller pieces.
