Surgery waiting times

Hey guys I had my my first gyno appointment in Bedford hospital on Friday 31st since I moved from Watford I had 2 previous ops in St Albans hospital but my notes were never transferred so my gyno now has confirmed a growing chocolate cyst on the left ovary and wants to plan surgery so she’s writing to St Albans to get my notes and I have another appointment with her on 5th October does anymore know the general waiting times here in Bedfordshire for gyno Lap surgery? I have been seen pretty quick since I went doctors with pains not related to my cycle, any feedback or similar stories welcome x

Every hospital is different, I waited 6 weeks for my first lap and 12 weeks for my second so even at the same hospital it varies. Give it a few weeks and if you still haven't received a date then you can ring the gynaecology waiting list and they can tell you where abouts on the list you are x

I live in Bedford and had my lap done there.. after seeing the consultant I was in surgery the next week but my mate had to wait 3 months! So it depends who you see I think sometimes.. best of luck x x
