Does anyone get a bloody discharge from their belly button? I’ve noticed some unusual bleeding symptoms in the last couple of days including some rectal bleeding on Tuesday and I got home today from a work trip to find I had bloody discharge from my belly button...due to my irregular bleeding anyway my mind is automatically wondering if it is because of possible suspected ends or whether it is a simple fungal/bacterial infection.

That is definitely not normal. It is possible to get endo around that area, but whatever it is you need to see a doctor.
