Progesterone treatment

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with endometriosis this time last year and was prescribed progesterone only pills which worked up until a few months ago. I am wondering if I just need to up my dosage. I moved country earlier this year so haven't found an English speaking doctor yet to help me - I have been looking today and will continue tomorrow.

Have any of you used the progesterone only pills and had them wear off after a certain time?
