Change in blood after laparoscopy

Hi Ladies,

I had my first laparoscopy 2 weeks ago and am currently having my first period. Grateful to say I feel like I have a new body, didn't even need one painkiller this month, feels like a miracle. Couple of questions you may be able to answer:

A. Did anyone notice a change in the colour of their period blood after their excision from laparoscopy? Mine is now almost pink and no clots like before, any ideas what this means?

B. Apart from the pill (hesitant to go on) and following an

anti-inflammation diet, has anyone got any tips to stop it returning?
