Endometriosis and fatigue

A year ago I underwent the Novasure procedure as my consultant said the pain I was experiencing before the procedure was because of heavy bleeding. I now have no periods but still suffer ALOT of pain. I'm also experiencing awful fatigue when I would normally be having my period. It's impacting my life badly at the moment. I'm an early bird, up and about before my 3 boys but the last few days I've struggled to get out of bed. During the day I'm finding it so hard to concentrate and just want to sleep. Has anyone got any ways of helping? Maybe taking certain supplements? I just need my energy back!!

Hi. I had a Novasure ablation last week and the surgeon told me it would do nothing for the pain (which is depressing as that's my main symptom). I already take ferrous sulphate (iron) supplements - if you don't currently take these it would be worth asking you GP about it. Vitamin B complex is supposed to be good for fatigue. The gynae consultant told me that she wasn't surprised I was tired most of the time because pain takes its toll on the brain. Hope this helps ...
