Really intense pain in ribs and back

I keep getting intense pain in the side of my right ribs and at the bottom of my back is this to do with ends it occurs when I've been standing up for too long or doing normal daily things and get so bad at night sat down or stud up carnt get comfy in any position

Sounds like gallbladder, but I don't have my MD license yet (hehe...). Really, though, sounds just like the pain I was having during an "attack." Had to have my gallbladder out..the stones were lined up, ready to go into the duct, like pinballs!

Never hurd of is but pain is so horrible and so Sharp up my left side of ribs and lower back and top of bum hurts what ever I'm doing some times I get pain in my arm and shoulder

Gallbladder is an organ that is is attached to your liver. It' secrete bile into your intestines to help with digestion. The pain you are feeling is because you have developed calcium stones within it. Hurts like hell! The pain will go away once the gallbladder has passed the stone, but then there are more in there, so you'll keep having attacks. Just like kidney stones...go to the doctor!

I have been a pro opp to day as having a lap very soon for endos and they done blood test for all my liver and kisney she suggested that I had irritable bowel syndrome as well
