Zoladex v Endometrial Ablation

Has anyone had the above procedures, i've got a 8 cm fibroid, cysts and fluid in one tube plus endometriosis.

I thought a Hysterectomy was my answer, Doctor thinking different.... HELP

Hi, no help regarding your options but I have just been diagnosed with the exact same thing! 8cm fibroid on lower womb, cyst in ovary and endometriosis. I was quite shocked as I only had the lap to remove the cyst and I'm only 22! I hope someone can give us answers soon.

Hi ya Izzyal,

Since Thursday all i've done is look at my damn computer ,lol, i have been researching different options as i'm not looking to take Zoladex, the side effects alone are just scary and i don't wanna put my body through it. I've found out about different procedures, ie Magnetic Resonance Imaging -guided Ultrasound surgery ( where ultrasound waves are used to destroy fibroids ) sorry its a mouthful lol and Chamomile tea is good as its anti -inflammatory ,anti bacterial and anti fungal which is good for blocked tubes and endometriosis. Oh, i also have Hydrosalpinx , doc thinks it may be blood in my right tube as the fluid is dark for good measure,eh.

Now i'm thinking shall i go back to my doc and ask for contraceptive patch for hormone treatment as i think by my googling it could have same results with harsh side effects as Zoladex?

Has anyone else done this as treatment or is it my mad 47 year old self x
