Essential oils

I thought many of you would be interested to read this item on the BBC news today. The effects on oestrogen may mean we too should be careful about using essential oils.

This doesn’t surprise me one bit, all the chemicals they put in:

-our food to preserve it;

-cleaning products;

-moisturising creams - retinol for e.g.;

-make-up;

-shampoo; etc.

We consume, inhale or whatever it’s scary.

Makes u want to just grow your own food and do away with the shops but I guess vanity (in my case) kind of takes over.

It should be regulated much more than it is.
