Pain shifting throughout the day?

SufferingSilently9 profile image

Hi, me again,

I'm fed up of being in pain, as are most of us on here, but I've noticed something strange about my pain recently.

My pain seems to swap sides rather quickly and annoyingly. I get pain in my lower abdomen, close to my hips - sometimes right and sometimes left. Recently I've noticed that the pain switches side suddenly, one moment I'm in pain near my right hip or extending up towards my belly button and then the next it's by my left hip. It's a stabbing pain more than cramping and it's really starting to get to me. It feels different to my typical cramping pain that I've gotten a bit more used to in my stomach and back as this stabbing pain often takes me by surprise and makes me gasp.

Anyone got some advice?

Much appreciated xx
