I'm just wondering if endo can cause blackouts? Has anyone with endo had blackouts?
I had a blackout on Tuesday afternoon whilst driving. Thankfully I didn't hit another car. I had hit a tree. My car is repairable thankfully. But because I had a blackout I have to temporally hand over my licence while I wait for a diagnosis. I posted a post last week saying I'm close to losing my job. And this on top is not helping anything xx
Hi, I hope that you have seen a doctor about your blackout. When you have a condition like endo I think it's so easy to blame everything on that when in fact it could be something else. Get checked out by yiur doctor just to safe xx
Doctor is referring me to a specialist for the blackout. Never happened to me before. I'm hoping to have answers soon. I've also got to see my gyneacologist again.
I haven't heard of endo and blackouts being linked, other than fainting from the pain of endo. I'd definitely be seen by your doctor. If it was linked to your menstrual cycle and that's why you're thinking endo, it might be PMDD (pre menstrual dysphoric disorder), but if you're also under a lot of stress then stress and blackouts have been linked x
Hello, I know it's been awhile since this post I am hoping you are still active. Did you ever find out what caused your blackouts as I know someone that is going through the exact same thing and would like to find out more information for her. I have endometriosis and have not had any blackouts so wasn't sure if it was related to that or not. Any information would help if you are willing to respond if not due to personal reasons that is fine as well. Thank you for your time.
