Lower abdomen pain

Hi ladies

I have been having cramps in my left lower abdomen and back since last Saturday and the pain has got unbearable. I went to the doctors yesterday and she thinks I may have a ovarian cyst and has referred me to have an ultrasound done. This morning I have woken up with pains in the tips of my shoulders and have been feeling very light headed and fatigue. Can anybody give me any advice on what to do? I’ve been taking co-codamol but the pain is still there.
