I’ve had my results back from my ultrasounds and they couldn’t be more regular/normal apparently.
They tried discharging me from the hospital gynae outpatient as business seemed usual but my symptoms have been getting worse recently (abdominal pain, cramping, spasming, nausea, etc). So I’ve been referred for a laparoscopy.
I’ve been made to feel as though I’m wasting their time because my ultrasound was clear but pain doesn’t come from nowhere - right? I’m going to feel really stupid if the laparoscopy doesn’t find anything but if it does I’ll be released to know it wasn’t a waste of time.
Getting so restless with it all atm. Haven’t been sleeping at all and it’s affecting university so much.
Sorry for the rant, thanks for listening xx

You're right to know it's not normal and does need looking into more. See if you can get a second opinion about your symptoms / another specialist? You are entitled to request a second opinion.
The lap finding something I found to be a relief - just to know it wasn't in my head, there was physical proof and I wasn't crazy.
