Eye symptoms on Zoladex!

Hi All I’m on week 4 of Zoladex. I understand all the usual side effects which I’ve had a few of so far. I’m a little anxious as past week I’ve had “aching eyes” and sometimes blurry vision and sometimes like flashes and spots. I’ve googled it and it does say blurred vision but mine comes and goes and have achy eyes with a headache! I’m anxious as due injection 2 on Friday is this a reaction or am I just over thinking it all! I do have a lot of anxiety on this medication and the consultant was not keen on me having a hysterectomy yet so last resort!

I would suggest getting your blood pressure checked. I am on ProStap which is similar and it has caused my BP to raise. I had a horrific headache and pain in the side of my head, I actually thought I had an ear infection but was caused by my BP. I am now on tablets for my BP while I await an appointment for a hysterectomy. Might not having to do with it in your case but would be worth getting checked. Hope you feel better soon.

It’s mad isn’t it we have to take meds’ whilst on meds!!!

Same with me been to my gp with headaches and blurry vision my bp sky high is this due to zoladex iv had 3 injections with no results so far 😢😢my gp keeping eye on my bp.

Good luck I’m so worried about this bloody drug. Had my no checked & it’s ok so not sure now! Good luck with it all and thanks for letting me know it’s nice to know it’s not just me!
