HRT alternative

Hi guys

I had a total hysterectomy 8 weeks ago but have decided not to go down the HRT route. I have been taking Black Cohosh tablets for 4 weeks now but im not getting any relief from the hot flushes.

Does anyone know of any other alternative that have worked for them please that maybe i could try

I'm personally many years off the menopause but women I know who have gone through it rave about this! I use the period pain alternative relief magnet and can say it works!
